The Cebolla Fine Flowers team had the privilege to work with Veranda in a styled home photo shoot. We were deeply honored to be selected provide the floral pieces.

One of our favorite ways to make arrangements is in custom containers that our clients bring to our shop from their homes. Wether it is your grandmothers soup tureen, or a elaborate vase, we can build an arrangement in just about anything.

The grounds were a perfectly selected place to photograph. Pairing eggplant with sumptuous ruffled flowers is a lovely juxtaposition in both color and design.

We thoroughly enjoyed spending a day with the Veranda team. Next time you order an arrangement, consider something you already have in your home to use as a container.

If there we needed any more proof that time is truly flying, we are swiftly escorted into the week of Thanksgiving. Hosting a Thanksgiving is no small feat, from coordinating flights and hotels for out of town guests, to the menu, there are so many working parts to pulling off the perfect affair. With grocery stores bustling with shoppers preparing to serve their holiday feast, the feeling of the hustle and bustle of the holidays is undeniably upon us. In a similar fashion, the Cebolla Fine Flowers team is working around the clock designing table centerpieces, and arrangements for our wonderful clients.

Regardless of the formality of your feast-y affair, we have just the table arrangement for you. Not only does this take one Thanksgiving task of your to-do list, this also enables you to spend more time with you friends and family. We are so thrilled to be apart of your families holiday tradition, and enable our clients the piece of mind knowing they are well cared for, and their tables will be filled with exquisite beauty.

Cebolla Fine Flowers attends Art in Bloom 2014 at the Dallas Museum of Art

Twice a year, the Dallas Museum of Art hosts an event called Art in Bloom. This is a fundraiser that hosts art and philanthropic enthusiasts alike. Cebolla Fine Flowers was proud to be the Floral Sponsor for the event, as the Floral Endowment Fund is something we are proud to contribute to.

An afternoon spent at the Dallas Museum of Art is sure to delight the most discerning of tastes, and we were honored to be apart of such a special day. If you haven’t already visited this grand Museum, you surely must.  One could spend and entire day admiring the lavish displays of renowned Art pieces that grace it’s halls.

The Event began with a silent auction, where attendees could bid on floral pieces from shops around the Dallas metroplex, along with a stunning gown donated by the fabulous Hadleighs. Guests were also browsing amongst tables adorned with timeless jewelry pieces, and a delectable array of fine chocolates available for purchase.

Guests were then ushered into the Auditorium, and were greeted by the charming Danielle Rollins who’s creativity has graced the pages of Gracious Living & Stylish Entertaining. Her quick whited humor entertained guests as she so graciously shared some insider design tricks and secrets, all while assembling 7 floral pieces which were also available for auction once the seminar commenced. Be sure to reference her book, Soiree Entertaining with Style (Rizzoli 2012) next time you host a dinner party. Her style is effortlessly organic and glamourous.

Lunch began at noon, and as guests feasted on a delectable three course meal, amongst a fashion show provided by Hadleighs. Hadleighs collection was full of rich textures for fall and winter highlighting shades of blue. Tailored suits, fine wool hats, ultra feminine dresses, and designer shoes were showcased on the runway.

As the afternoon came to a close, guests mingled with friends, and partook in a live auction which included fine dining experiences at private estates, lavish trips across the states and abroad, and ornate jewelry. The affair was nothing short of an incredible success thanks to the expert planning of Chairman Barbara Durham and the entire committee comprised of Barbara Bingham, Beverly Freeman, Susan Fisk, and Emily Maduro. The Ladies of the DMA Visit Cebolla for a Wreath Making Class

Here at Cebolla Fine Flowers, we have many anticipated events throughout the year. One of our absolute favorites took place this past Wednesday where we hosted the beautiful ladies from the DMA for a wreath making class lead by our ever charming visiting Swiss designer, Andreas. The DMA’s Art in Bloom is an event held very near and dear to the heart of the Cebolla Fine Flowers family, as we love to give back to the community, and this event raises funds for the Floral Endowment Fund and assists in raising funds to perpetuate a free entrance fee for those visiting the Dallas Museum of Art.

The team  enjoys opening up our space for classes, as the building teams with a renewed sense of life with new guests. The event began promptly at 2:00pm and was a  great place to catch up with friends, enjoy a glass of wine, and delight your taste buds with a lovely assortment of hors d’oeuvres.

We at Cebolla Fine Flowers are  privileged to welcome and announce the arrival of  Andreas to our team. He is our visiting designer who has joined us from the beautiful Country of Switzerland, and he will be with us for the next two months. Andreas brings with him 14 years of floral design experience, and his designs are sure to delight the senses. We couldn’t be more thrilled to learn from him, and were happy to watch him lead the floral design class. He is quite charming, and he brings with him a fun and enthusiastic teaching style.

We couldn’t have been more honored to work alongside Mrs. Barbara Durham, she is such an amazing woman who dedicates so much time and effort to putting on a successful events to support causes near and dear to her heart. Thank you for your dedication to the DMA Barbara, you make the position of Chairman look effortlessly fabulous.

One of our favorite parts of the day is when our guests have their finished product in hand. The smiles on their faces make everything we do so fulfilling. We hope that you enjoy your fall wreaths. They are a symbol of continued prosperity, good health, and abundant joy. We hope that this piece does just that for your home.

Summer Bouquets and Flowergirls

Summer weddings are magical. These bouquets embody nature and the colors of summer.

This bouquet is soft and subtle with shades of beige, brown, soft pink and green. Cymbidiums, grasses, roses, hydrangea, zinnias, hellebores tied up with a romantic antique lace ribbon.
